Grandpa- Even though we've been several hundred miles apart, I have always held you in my heart. Please know that I kept you in my thoughts often, and will continue to do so with the multitude of fond memories you have given to me. I am truly blessed to have had you in my life. Thank you so much!

I'm sorry I never got the chance to meet you in person Mr. Fischer, I would of loved to of met the man who raised such great kids.
Your sweet daughter Karin has said so many wonderful things about you, I was at least lucky enough to of gotten to know you by her praises of you.
Rest in Peace, and I'll ask my Mom & Dad to look you up and say hi for me. : ) Cheryl A. Palmer

what can I say Pop, there are no words except you are dearly missed each day and I feel as though I have a hole in my soul and heart. You taught me that time and faith will heal everything and I believe that. You left here knowing how much you were loved and without one day of fear and I will always remember your grace on this earth!! Thank you for being such a wonderful father and grandfather and husband to mom, she will be okay ~~ I promise!!! I am so happy I got to share the last moments with you and I will always remember your smile and sense of humor even at the end!!! So very blessed to have had you for a dad!!!!! Love You So Much!!!!!! Karin
