Farish Family. Jim was a husband, father, military member, business owner, and friend to many. We too share in your loss but always remember the good times we had together. We shared poker games, raising son's and daughter's at the same time at Air Academy High School, work, military service, but most of all just being great friends. Respect and regards forever. Jimmie, Charlie Rush, Al Foster and Paul Kempin were roommates from Fall 1963 to December 1964 while lieutenants assigned to Topsham AFS, Brunswick, Maine. We were young and enjoying life. I taught Jimmie how to shoot my Colt .22 pistol and he took me riding in his crazy-looking modified Corvette. He & I both were reassigned to SEA in mid 1965. I did not see him again until 1988 when I was assigned to NORAD headquarters, where we renewed an old friendship. Sadly, I did not stay in close touch and was shocked to hear of his death. The mid 1960s were a wonderful and exciting times for me, enhanced by great friends like Jimmie Farish.
