John Carmona Obituary

John Wesley Carmona, 36, passed away on November 19, 2016. John was a lifetime resident of Colorado Springs.

John was born on September 1, 1980 to John A. Carmona and Valerie L. (Miller) Carmona.

John was fond of football. He also enjoyed playing poker, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

John is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Carmona; his children: Johnathon, Lucas, Barbara, and Mya; his father, John A. Carmona; his sister, Melissa Carmona; his brother, Andrew (Colleen) Carmona; nieces: Jess, Chy, and Sariah; and nephews: Alex and Austin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie L. Carmona; maternal grandfather, John Wesley Miller; paternal grandfather, John Torrez; paternal uncles: Rick and James Torrez; and a great uncle, Ernesto Arispe.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel, 1730 East Fountain Boulevard. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Shrine of Remembrance. Inurnment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Columbarium of Hope.
