Richard E. Hair, 90, a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Gail, sons David (Robin) and Leslie (Kimberli), nephew Steve (Melanie) West, five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Along with his beloved companion, Janet Kramer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Shirley, and his son Fred. As a Navy Veteran and a Freemason, Richard served his country and community. He was deeply loved and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
