I had the pleasure of working with John for several years and I admired him a great deal. He had many great qualities but the one I admired most was his ability to laugh at himself. I think we all need to be able to do that. God Bless you John. I know exactly where you are right now.

It was many years ago (early 90s?) but I remember well the Sunday school classes, the Chuck Missler tapes, the pot lucks and barbecues. Miss those days, but we will meet again at The Table!

John was my teacher and my friend. Through his faith and insight, he touched and enlightened more lives than I can imagine. I am very grateful for the time he took to share God's Word with me, to encourage me and to model a passion for Christ that changed lives.

John's life made a tremendous impact upon the lives of so many others. He was a wonderful man who exhibited the character of Christ in the way he lived his life. I will certainly miss my good friend and brother in the Lord and anxiously await the "glad reunion day."
