When I think of Mark, I see his smile, hear his laugh, and "duck", just in case! He welcomed me into the Dea Clan 31 years ago, spent Balloon Fiestas with us and always made me smile. He will be missed by all. May he rest in peace with his family and Captain Bob!

I'm very sorry to hear of the Snyder family's loss of their sweet and gentle Mark. I remember Mark was always young at heart, forever teasing me or someone else. I recall conversations with Mark of how proud he was of being a Snyder and the love he had for his family members. He was one of those guys that was just a jokester. Wait...isn't that just indicative of the Snyder clan? Every one of them that I knew anyway. In any event, I have such nice memories of Mark. He was a fine man. - Cynthia Connolley-Miller

To Mark's family, I am deeply sorry to hear about Mark. He was a wonderful guy and will be missed by so many in so many ways. I will always cherish the wonderful memories of a special friend, including my “Mark Art" and great hugs. Mark was my family's paperboy on West Cucharras and told me he always made sure the paper was on the porch by aiming at the large picture window. Mark and I became closer friends as he, Dick and I helped on Art Walsh's hot air balloon crew. We loved sharing stories about growing up on the Westside of Colorado Springs -- such great memories. To Mark's family, my sincere condolences. May God bless you with peace, comfort and strength in this time of sorrow. Mark, may you rest in peace my dear friend. Love ya, Karen
