In Loving Memory of Mary C. O'Donnell
Mary C. O'Donnell, 75, passed away peacefully at home on September 10, 2025. Born August 1, 1950, in Staten Island, NY, Mary lived a vibrant life filled with love, adventure, and brilliance. Known for her creativity and intellect, she was a beloved problem-solver and mentor whose warmth and humor touched everyone she met.
She is survived by her devoted spouse of 38 years, Lucinda Green; her loving sisters, Agnes Johnson and Denise O'Donnell; and many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews, and generations of great-nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life.
Mary's career in medical technology spanned decades, including leadership roles at Memorial Hospital and Beckman Coulter, where her innovations improved patient care worldwide. She was a world traveler, a gifted storyteller, and a joyful presence in every room.
She found deep happiness in music, art, golf, and travel—especially in France—and shared countless adventures with Lucinda, her soulmate. Her generosity, loyalty, and zest for life were unmatched.
Mary's legacy is one of love, laughter, and light. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Per her wishes, no formal services are planned. The family will celebrate
her life privately. In her honor, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
