Michael Davis Obituary

Michael Carey Davis, 48, unexpectedly went home to the Lord on April 17, 2007. He was a USMC Contractor working in Iraq. Michael was born on December 25, 1958, in Dublin, GA. He graduated from Hawkinsville High School in 1977 and went on to serve in the Army as well as the Air Force. Michael was proud of his career and strived to continue learning in all ways possible. He was a man of faith, who always maintained a strong relationship with God. Michael enjoyed anything involving spending time with his family. He loved to eat Thai food, watch movies, and read books. He also enjoyed fishing. Michael is survived by his mother, Thelma Davis, father, Sanford Davis, brother, Gary Davis (Lisa), Greg Davis (Gena) and nieces, Christy, Dawn, and Nicole, who reside in Georgia. He is also survived by his wife Supaporn Bridges, son, Michael Davis, daughters, Melanie Davis (Jordan), Pat Horaz (Alex), Jackie Redeker (Jason), Aimee Eckrich (James) all of Colorado Springs, CO He leaves behind nine grandchildren, Justin, Arianna, Alex, and Kaia Horaz, Jaelyn, Jacob, and Jaxon Redeker, Leighton Eckrich, and Taylor Andre. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 1, 2007 located at Circle Drive Baptist Church, 801 N. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO. Burial will take place.
