Monty Sims Obituary

Barb and family, we are so sorry that our world has lost such a fun, loving person. Heaven has a huge angel now! You're in our prayers.

Monty was not only a wonderful co-worker but a good friend. Loved to talk college hockey with him. He will be missed by all his friends and family.

So sorry to see this face in the obituaries. He was such a great guy. Always said hello when I ran into him at Walmart since retiring from the city of COS. I enjoyed his sense of humor. I can´t believe he´s gone. I will pray for Barb and his family. So sad. Rest easy Monty.

So Sorry to hear of Monty's passing... We grew up on the same block MANY years ago... A GREAT guy who always had a Smile n a kind word... You will be missed Monty.

I will miss Monty at the gatherings we met at. Loved dancing together and just having fun. I know where he is because I prayed for him and I know he is with Jesus! God bless Barbara and their kitties. We will be here to keep him in our memory alive, until we meet again. Vaya con Dios mi Amigo!

Monty was not only a coworker but a good friend. I have fond memories of us going to CC hockey games throughout the years that I lived in Colorado Springs. He will be missed.

Monty was so smart, so generous and so down-to-earth. He taught me a lot while working with him in the City of COS - - I cannot believe that I am even writing this ...
He was shy; he was engaged in conversation if he was comfortable around you; he was a great guy - I will miss him.
