Neil you were like a brother to me, I have so many great memories growing up with you and all of us friends that hung out.. I'll never forget when your family and you moved here across the street from my mom's from Chicago! You were so unique, and an amazing human being! I was so proud of your accomplishments in your racing career! All the NASCAR races we went to ,the fun we had will never be forgotten. I still just cannot wrap my brain around that you are gone.. your great smile and your ingenuity will be greatly missed but mostly you will be missed. I also would like to send my condolences To Denise, Evelyn Steve, Ed , Jim and the extended Otis family. I love you all!
