NORMA A. CHISHOLM
October 3, 1930 November 20, 2020
Norma A. Chisholm passed on November 20, 2020. She was born in Chicago to the late C. Roy Arnold and Erma Dodds Arnold on October 3, 1930.
She will be sorely missed by her husband of 70 years, Clayton Chisholm, sister Kellie Arnold Coombs, brother-in-law Robert Coombs, daughter Carol Chisholm, son Jeffrey Chisholm, daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Fitzpatrick Chisholm, granddaughter Kylie Chisholm, grandson Brendan Chisholm, granddaughter-in-law Rocio Meli Chisholm, and great-granddaughter Camila Chisholm.
Her life's journey took her from Chicago, IL to Crawfordsville, IN, Rocky River, OH, Berea, OH, Holliston, MA, South Natick, Ma, Naples FL, Yarmouthport, MA, Colorado Springs, CO, and finally Denver, CO.
She loved to garden, loved to read, and travelled the world with Clayton at her side. The British Isles were a favorite destination. She was a skillful bridge player like her father, and was delighted to cook for and entertain fellow members of the many and various choirs, clubs, and social groups that she organized and belonged to.
Norma loved flowers! Her gardens were always spectacular to behold. Her laughter, insight, and love will continue to inspire.
A celebration of life is tentatively planned for Summer 2021 in Monument.
