Shawndell Nicole Thompson slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born March 9, 1986 to Cleveland and Bernice Bates Thompson in Montgomery, Alabama and was the second born of four children. A visitation will be held at Angelus Funeral Directors on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 4:00-7:00pm. On Saturday, May 15, 2021 an additional visitation will be held at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 3615 Vickers Drive at 9:00am; with the Celebration Of Life Service following promptly at 10:00am.

To my family i dont know were to start cause im aint the talking type but this shanwdell took a piece of my heart with her enen doe shes aint here with us , she will always remain im our heart words cant exspress how im feeling at this point aunt wanky and unk yall will be in my prayers i remember as we was growing up as childrens when everybody use to come n visit how shawndell use to run threw the house and be pkaying them was the good old days family should always stick together cause family is all that we have , shawndell you will truely be missed , nomore worrying about this old world and whats left behing your in a better place , nomore heartaches and pains aunt you stay encourage better days are coming love always your niece Veronica Mcdaniel
