U.S. Air Force Retiree and Database Administrator for Fed-Ex, longtime Colorado Springs resident. Survived by his wife, Sharon; his parents, Donald & Judith Decker; his brother, Keith Decker; and his aunt & uncle, Susan and James Black. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Community of Christ Church, 2502 E. Palmer Park Blvd.
