Stephen (Steve) Corbin Hart, 68, passed away peacefully October 21, 2023 in Colorado Springs. He was born on December 2, 1954 in Colorado Springs, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School in 1973, where he played goalie on their hockey team. Steve then attended Western State University in Gunnison, CO. His early employment revolved around helping people. He was a firefighter, as well as an EMT and later spent several years representing Flight for Life and other medical air transportation/rescue programs as they expanded their presence around the state. He also owned The Point Bar and Grill for several years. He loved his mountains, Colorado's sports teams and his dog Fly.
Preceding Steve in death are his parents Harrie and Henriette Hart and his older brother Harrie (Sparky) Hart jr. and Lynn Hart. Steve is survived by his son Corbin Hart (Pranaya) of Renton, WA, sister Jane Henrich (Charlie) of Rock Hill, SC, niece and nephews Charlie Jr. (Andrea) of Ft. Myers, FL, Holly (Keith) Hebron, KY and Ben (Marianna) Stratford, CT and their children Hailey, Isabella, Jackson and Blake.
At a later date, there will be a gathering for internment in The Glen at The Broadmoor Community Church.

Q. Not sure really what to say. We have so many memories and good times together. Mowing lawn's, Vodka Valley, buying a house, roommates, 4 Wheeling, lake Powell, high school, Chevy Blazer, Big Red, Gunnison, Las Vegas, Canada friends, Grand Junction, girl friends who became wife, Penn Dog, businesses and the list goes on forever. Hope you find your happiness my friend.

So very sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We had quite the "pack" of buddies that we ran with.
Makes me smile. Rest in peace dear friend. Here's a pic of us from the good ol' days. Those 80's were something!
