Mr. Young, you were a nice man and good neighbor. I will always remember you as the boy growing up next door. You taught me a lot of things, like the old willow stick trick to find all those underground streams under your house. You were well loved by the whole Preiss family, even by our dog Buttons, as well as the squirrels you used to hand feed in your back yard as they climbed across your back and onto your shoulders, and of course your lawn always looked like a golf course and your basement, which you had to reconstruct several times due to the water damage from those underground streams mentioned earlier, the nicest pool table and man cave in Pikes Peak Park five times over. R.I.P. Yancy, my old friend.

All my family loved Yancy and Marisa both. They were just like our own parents and grandparents. We have such fond memories of all the camping trips, where Yancy kept us intertained.
