Adem George Lee Dec 26, 1982 - March 18, 2005 Some people make the world special just by being in it. Adem passed to a better place March 18, 2005. Distance takes us far apart, and darkens my today, I have to keep remembering you're just a thought away. When my world is too confusing and hard to bear, I pull your precious meaning, your bright spirit, from the air. If I sometimes drift into a lonely state of mind, I gather up the memories of days we left behind. And though you're not beside me, I can tap into my heart and draw upon the warmth and love that lives when we're apart. And with these fond reflections on the times when you were near, I sense a little bit of what it's like to have you here. Adem, it is so hard to believe a year has slipped by since you left. In some ways it has gone by quickly, and it others it has been the longest year we have had to endure. We miss you deeply. Every day that has passed you have been thought about, every day that has passed you have been missed, and every day that has passed, you have been remembered. Please feel the depth of our love for you- that will never diminish. You will always be in our hearts, our memories, our thoughts, our lives. We miss your tenderness, compassion and humor. We miss your kind spirit. You so deeply touched and changed so many lives in such a short time. We celebrate the gift you gave each of us. We celebrate you, Adem Lee. As each day comes, we'll remember you and cherish the memories you gave us, and wonder what you would be like today.
