Rosalie Link passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at home and found peace after 95 years. Rosalie will be remembered for a strong faith in her religion and giving her life for her family. Rosalie was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rosalie was born at her parents' home in Lees Summit, MO.

Rosalie moved to Colorado Springs in her teenage years due to TB. Rosalie married the love of her life, Harold Link, in October 1953
and shared the next 60 years together until his passing. Rosalie enjoyed time with her family and especially what time she got to spend with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosalie enjoyed visiting with friends and neighbors. Rosalie loved to quilt, counter-cross-stitch and making afghans.

Rosalie was a dedicated member of Divine Redeemer's Woman's Club and worked in the Divine Redeemer Catholic School cafeteria doing bookwork. Rosalie took in outside ironing and sewing to help with the family's finances. Rosalie was a care giver to numerous friends and seniors. After Harold's retirement, Rosalie and Harold became snowbirds and spent their winters in AZ for about six years. Finally due to health issues, they sold their home in AZ and spent year round here in their Colorado home.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents – Arthur and Dorothy Stayton; brothers – Buddy and Howard; sisters – Margaret, Eleanor, Dorothy, and Martha; husband – Harold Link; and daughter – LuAnn Glatz; son-in-law- Daniel Nielsen. Rosalie is survived by children – Larry (Holly) Link, Janet Stayton Link, Daniel Link, Jim (Jami) Link, Patti Neilsen and significant other Jack Bockenthien, Edward Link; son-in-law – Rick Glatz; 6 grandchildren and spouses, 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 9:00am at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, 927 Logan Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909. Rosary will follow at 9:30am and funeral services at 10:00am on December 28, 2022. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery will be held at 11:30am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Adobe Hospice.
