Burns called and said he read about Ben in the paper. My heart breaks for you and Steve. I never had the honor of meeting Ben but if he's anything like you, I fully understand why the others wrote of a gentle, kind, and sweet soul. May God bless you with his peace and divine comfort.

Ben was a patient I will always remember very fondly. He taught me so much about Spina Bifida. You, too, Jeanne made me get the books out and review the birth defect. I wish I could have been the dental hygienist of choice, but some other lucky person won out. I am grieving with you.
