This past year has been a sorrowful one in so many ways. Bill's death was heart breaking, and I miss him, as I know many others do, every single day. His presence is certainly around. I can thank Cori for reminding me that Uncle Bill is in our hearts, and that Uncle Bill is a twinkling star in the nighttime skies. When I see the picture of Bill in his snow boarding outfit, I always think the word "Mirth". Most memories I have of him are of the twinkling soul he was (and is). You were a good friend to me when I had moved to a new school for my senior year. I know we kept in good touch for years after graduation from high school, and I regret we later lost touch. You always had me smiling and I am blessed to have known you. May peace be with you my friend.

It is hard for me to write something here because it means accepting that what has happened is really true. I feel a great loss. I can only imagine how it must feel for those who knew Bill longer and had seen him more recently.

Bill, I found you to be so unique and precious. I love you and will miss you. I had always assumed that I would see you again one of these days. I am so sorry that this happened. I wish you could have seen yourself through my eyes, you would have felt so special and never would have doubted your ability to overcome anything. Now there is nothing to worry about any more. We have such wonderful memories of watching you in sports with our son, Doug. Anyone watching you could tell you put your heart and soul into everything you did. We enjoyed having you in our home on a number of occasions. You made us feel special that you loved our potato casserole and we loved making it for you. We loved hearing Doug talk about keeping in touch with you after graduation. On a personal note, thank you for being such a good friend to Doug. You are a perfect example of the movie "It's a Wonderful Life" No man is a failure who has friends, and Bill, you had a lot. May the good Lord bless and keep you.

One of my first wrestling buddies. Your measured words were always humble, yet you were a force to be reckoned with on the mat. It was a privilege to be your teammate and friend. You will be missed. God bless.

The little guy known to most of us THE ROCKET, was and will always be loved in out harts. From the 5th grade on you have always been one of my closet friends. Wrestling Football, Skateboarding, all of these things were always somehow better with you around. I had the pleasure of spending some time with you this December and the talks that we shared over the phone this past few months, will always be held close to my heart. In a time when people were leaving, moving off to different places we always kept in touch. From CO, to NV to CA back to CO back to CA. What a ride. Through rough times and great times you were always there for me. Because of you I am a better person. Thanks buddy.

I can still remember the day in 6th grade running into each other at the rope swing across from our future Jr High, I can't remember spending more than a day from each other from that point on until we left High School and went on to seperate ways. His quirky ways were always entertaining.We were friends in high school and stayed in touch on and off throughout the years. I would occassionaly see him at Windstar Studios when he was hired to do some commercial and video work.
