Burt Lavee

Burt Lavee Obituary

Burt Lavee passed away on June 25th after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in 1931 to Lillian and Bill Lavee. Burt retired from the Army after 20 years of honorable service. His career was in firefighting; which he continued as a civil servant after his retirement. He was a lifelong American Legion member and DAV supporter. Burt is survived by his former spouse Helen Lavee and daughters Karen Lavee-Myers and Crystal Papachristou. Funeral Services at the Celebration of Life Funeral Home, 5440 N. Union Blvd., Monday, June 30, 9:00AM.

Dear Burt's Family!
Peace be with you and may you be comforted and blessed as promised by Jesus Christ (John 5:4) on the
passing away of a husband and dad.

God is the Father of our spirits an
he loves us. Burt is no longer on this
earth, but in His presence no longer
suffering and someday you will meet
again. May we walk by faith rather
than by sight.
