Passed: Nov 9, 2021 in Hospice Care in Colorado Springs, CO



Carol was preceded in death by her parents, James W Lilly and Hartense C Lilly, she is survived by her two younger siblings, Jimmy Lee Lilly and Patricia J. Stegman.



Carol was a beloved mother of 3 surviving children: Sean (Marianne) Noyd, Stacy (Melissa) Noyd and Trisha Millis (Curtis), she is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.



Carol Graduated from Mitchell High School in 1968 and from the University of Southern Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2000. Carol truly loved helping people.



Carol will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her wit, smile and laugh will forever be with us.



In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Colorado CareAssist-Cascade House or Abode of Colorado Hospice.
