Charles Craig Obituary
His greatest joy was family and the outdoors. Ray loved hunting/fishing with his wife, children, grandchildren & friends. His expeditions spanned from Alaska to S. Africa. An artistic man, whose talent is showcased in his taxidermy, illustrations & art. He was a proponent of 4-H & other youth programs.
Ray and Virginia raised their children in Black Forest, CO & moved to Newcastle, WY in 1996. He was a Master Plumber and co-owner of Imperial Plumbing & Heating in Colo. Spgs. for decades. In WY, Ray established a thriving taxidermy business. He recently returned to Pueblo to be closer to family during his battle with emphysema.
The family honors his love for hunting and suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hunt of a Lifetime FDN. Inc. Checks may be directed to the family or made online at huntofalifetime.org. HOAL is a charity that arranges and pays for dream hunting/fishing trips for children with life threatening illness.
Funeral service 10am, Feb. 7, 2015 at Black Forest Baptist Church. Internment, Eastonville Cemetery, Black Forest (Contact Swan Law Funeral).
