Devin Alessio Carter
April 13, 1998 - February 19, 2018
Survived by his parents Alex and Faith Carter of Woodland Park, CO; grandparents Paul and Carolyn Shuttleworth of Dingman's Ferry, PA; Mary Carter of Jackson, MS, and loving aunts/ uncles/ cousins.
Devin graduated from Woodland Park High School in 2016. There he was a good student and avid football player, winning many school and divisional awards. He was currently enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.
Devin loved Colorado and all the outdoor activities it included, especially camping, fishing, ATV riding, boating, and swimming. He also loved music, video games, sports, his dog Buddy, and especially the Denver Broncos.

Dear Carter family,
