Diana Ruth (Sanner) Francese
October 27, 2025
On October 27, 2025, Diana Ruth (Sanner) Francese passed away peacefully with family by her side. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests donations be made in her name to Care and Share Food Bank, the Pikes Peak Region Humane Society, or Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care. Diana's family will hold a private remembrance; no public memorial is scheduled.

I'm so sad to hear of Diana's passing. Even though we'd lost touch I have fond memories of our time together -- parenting kids who were friends and becoming friends ourselves -- many enjoyable lunches and visits. Condolences to all who loved her.

Diana was a truly wonderful person who devoted many years of volunteer service to the City of Colorado Springs at Rock Ledge Ranch, and later at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. I have so many fond memories of discoveries, stories, and much laughter while working alongside her in the CSPM Archives. My deepest condolences to Tom and the family.
