Dodd... I think of you every time I hold one of the beautiful stoneware chalices you gave me at my wedding. I cherish them.
You meant so much to our entire family, especially Sandy and Jenny. But truly, by the whole crazy family.
Thank you for the memories... times at the farm and horse shows, kidnapping me (with Sandy) for ransom at my wedding, and your giant lifted truck (literally the coolest), your doggos, your smile, your beautiful blonde hair, and your kindness....
You will never be forgotten. To those closest to Dodd... I hope time has helped you find a way to remember only that he lived, not died.

Dodd was my childhood crush. He was my best friend's brother and the coolest boy alive. His 8th grade teacher complained that he never showed up for class and yet he would ace every exam. I rarely saw him in our adult years but when I did he had a good story to tell.

Dodd was my childhood crush. He was my best friend's brother and the coolest boy alive. I remember his math teacher in 8th grade complained that he never came to class, and yet, he would show up on exam days and ace every test. He was a genius but more than that, he was a truly good man.

Dodd was always willing to talk and suggest about horses and their hooves even if he wasn't my regular farrier. I always respected his knowledge and devotion to helping horses be their best. He will be greatlly missed by humans and equines.

Dodd had such an impact on my life in the short time I knew him. I'll always agree with his theory that white horses are dirtier than others because they're trying to blend in. I'll miss him and his dry wit.

Dodd was a good friend to me and other friends and school mates growing up in the "Old North End" part of Colo. Sprgs.
We all had many good times together playing games, basketball after school, riding bikes and trying to stay out of trouble in the neighborhood.
My condolences go out to family and friends who had the privilege of being a part of Dodd's life.
