Dear Mac,
We can all remember the good times Sally and I had with both you and Marian; card playing, singing, square dancing, tennis playing, church going at the First Pres, and other good times. Remember our fun times with the boy scouts and especially the Grand Canyon trip when you, Evan, John, and I hiked down to the river and then fought the rain and other elements. What fun we've had!

You've been a great friend for 45 years, Mac. We know you're in a better place now and hope we'll see you again. God bless!

Love, Sally and Sheldon

Mac, I love and miss you! Thank you for always being such a great and loving grandfather to me. My heart hurts knowing I will never be able to see you again. But, I know that you are no longer suffering, and you're now in a place where there is only joy and happiness. I will never forget all of our times together.

Mac, we will miss you but know you are in a much better place. We certainly had a lot of "good times" playing cards with you, Marian and the Brinks. Also, singing around our piano with Marian always playing. You and Marian have a very beautiful family who loved you so much. With God's Blessings. Carolyn & Don Bauman

When our daughter Mary wed Eugene McHugh, we became part of a larger extended family. Through the years, we celebrated holidays, birthdays and graduations together. Now that Mac has passed on, only memories of those happy family events remain. I hope they are a comfort at this time of sadness, especially to his wife and children, of a life well-lived.
With sincere condolences and sympathy,
Emma Purinsh

On behalf of the family, thank you for nice and sometimes humorous thoughts about my dad (we called him Mac, too). He was quite a character and a father. This picture is Mac with his eldest son Ed.
