Fred Romero Obituary

Fred Inez Romero, 70, of Colorado Springs, went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Margaret Romero; and siblings, Tommy and Corrine. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary Romero; children, Annette Hastings, Kathy Romero, Diana Romero-Rodriguez and Fred (Jenny) Romero; grandchildren, Tommy (Carlene), Holly, Victoria, Sonny (Eva), Dustin (Danielle), Angel (Robbie), Ashleigh (Will), Kelly, Alecia, Destiny, Ezekiel and Faith; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Prayer service 6 p.m. Thursday. Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Friday, both at Charis Christian Center, 720 Elkton Drive, Colorado Springs, CO. Interment, Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of food and flowers, donations may be made to Pikes Peak National Bank, 6615 Camden Blvd., Fountain, CO 80817 in Fred's memory.
