James Arbogast Obituary

I just learned of Jim's passing and would like to extend my sincere sympathies to his family. I met him in high school and I can truly say he was one of the kindest, sweetest guys in our school. I know without a doubt, that he had to be the BEST husband, father, and grandpa ever!! Again my thoughts and prayers are with his family..

I have not seen Jim in forty years but his memory will always be with me.He was a wonderful person.I cannot tell you how saddened I was to hear of his passing.I am so happy to learn how much he was loved and how deeply he loved in return.I was a young girl when first I met Jim. My mother was their families housekeeper and I baby sat w/Susan several times when she was an infant.Jim always made me feel special and important and always talked to my mother to her not above.her. He treated my mother almost as a friend.Not to mention, he was awfully cute.Even though I did not know Jim as an adult, I will always miss him.There is a new star shining brightly in the heavenly night skies.

From your wit, to your steadfast positive outlook on life, to just simply adding YOUR personal touch when making coffee for the guys at the shop are just a few of MANY things that will be forever missed with your departure.

Jim, I will miss you and your cheery smile and helpful attitude so much, DGW will never be the same.

Jim's ability to relate to people both on a personal and professional level will be missed tremendously! I and everyone at DGW have lost a good friend and a great co-worker. Bruce & Diane Norman

There are just no words to express how much Jim meant to me both professionally, but also personally. He was so much more than my co-worker, he was my friend. I will miss so much about him; his smile, his laugh; his kindness; his wisdom; his guidance...I am a better person for having him in my life almost everyday for many years. Thank you, Jim, for the many things I've learned from you here at DGW over the last 13 years. Along with that, for being always available to answer questions, sharing sports info, etc. Above all, for being a good friend. You will be missed by family, friends, and co-workers. One of the finer gentlemen I've known thru my 80+ years.

i've know jimmy since he started work at desert glass works early 90's. he was a special person .one of a kind. i always looked forward to seeing him. always good to talk to. i miss him very much. he was a great friend.
