Joel Anderson, beloved son and brother, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 21st, 2023. Joel will be lovingly remembered for his loyalty to his family and love of music. He loved playing bass guitar in several bands and with friends. He also enjoyed working with electronic circuitry and working on his cars. He attended Audubon Elementary, East Jr. High and graduated from Wasson High School. He worked for a number of years at QCMI and a short time at Linear.
He is preceded to heaven by his father, David and is survived by his mother Gwen, brothers James and John, his sister and brother-in-law, Lynne and Floyd Sebald, and nephews David, Ben and Johnny, and six grandnieces and nephews.
Although Joel will be greatly missed by his family and friends, we are grateful to the Lord for his grace. Joel has faith in Christ and is now with his Lord Jesus, who died to pay for our sins and rose again to overcome sin and death. We know he is no longer suffering, and we have the great hope in Christ's word and work that we will all be reunited in heaven.
At his request there will be no service, and a private memorial will be planned at a later date.
