KATHRYN ROSE MATURIN
2002 - March 8, 2021
Kathryn Rose Maturin- daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend- died by suicide Monday March 8, 2021.
She was 19 years old and a graduate from Vista Ridge High School. She had a great love for the outdoors, nature, and hiking.
As a young woman with so much passion and an intense amount of empathy, Kathryn Rose also battled with depression for several years.
She is survived by her parents Rickey and Kathleen Maturin, her siblings Karla (Barrett), Tara (Tony), Jeff (Missy), Kim (Randy), Kari (Mike), Lil' Rickey and so many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvary in Colorado Springs on March 12, 2021 at 11:00 am. All are welcome.

Hello my name is Robert. I didn´t know Kat personally but we did become friends on social media. I just learned of her passing to Kay´s familly i am so so so sorry for your losss my condolences and prayers are with you all Kat reallly was inspiring person beautiful kind caring loving and so friendly a ray of sunshine very smart. And always. Willing to talk and give advise. She will be missed. And Kat and familly you are always n my heart thoughts and prayers
