Phyllis became a good friend of mine when we both attended college at the University of Wyoming in the fall of 1968. I last saw her when she visited me at our ranch in Cheyenne. Although we lost touch over the last 20 years I have never forgotten her. I am so saddened to hear of her death. My condolences to her family. I know she will be greatly missed. I remember Phyllis as a beautiful, vibrant, gifted friend. I will miss her and remember her always.
