My Grammy was a special Grandmother, she told me stories of all her adventures.
I miss this special person and I`m sorry to all that also do.
And even though Grammy is not on earth any more: Happy Birthday!

I knew Rosemary years ago when she married my brother Tom Ranney. Yes,she was truly classy and beautiful. My parents were completely smitten with her. Always calm and cool, never saw unlady-like behavior (which made big points with my mom!) I have wonderful memories of spending time in Newell with her sister, Valerie. Felt welcomed into her family. Rosemary you left this earth way to soon, rest in peace. Susan Ranney Clippinger, Selah, WA

Dear Bruce and Stuart,
I don't know how to express it and at least I have the excuse of the language. It is so hard to have to part with a mother, nothing anybody can say you will soothe this. I wish all the courage you probably need at this time and remember Stuart coming to see his brother in Germany and Bruce telling me that his mother had actually learned German in a couple a secs.
I am so sorry and please accept mes sincères condoléances. I know this so hard - it will go through, if I say it right
Valérie

I worked with Rosemary for 11 years, in Colorado,(Sierra High School) and I, too, benefited from her many kindnesses and gentle spirit. She was never too busy or too hurried or harried to take the time to help out a colleague or a student. My prayers and best wishes are with you at this time. She truly was a lovely lady.

I taught with Rosemary at Sierra. Upon arriving in the English Department, Rosemary offered me a grammar book made easy that she used. Upon returning it to her, she insisted that I keep the textbook. It was a Godsend for me. She gave it to me graciously. The book has her name on it. She was one of the sweetest, nicest people I have ever met. She will be missed. I still use this book to this day. I will treasure it now more than ever.

Requiescat in pace, Rosemay.

I will always remember her making Stuart take his coat with him before he was allowed to leave the house, even into High School. He was frustrated! Man that was funny. She was a beautiful person and wonderful mother. Love Live Rosey!
