Sherry Thompson Obituary

Sherry B. Thompson, age 60, a resident of the Colorado Springs area for over 21 years, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at the Pikes Peak Hospice Residence. She had formerly lived in Grand Junction, Houston, Texas, and Arizona, and was a registered nurse. Sherry Bethel Thompson was born December 5, 1945 in Monroe, Louisiana to Thell and Beatrice (Hart) Thompson. She attended schools in Texas and was a graduate of the Bethel School of Nursing in Colorado Springs. She is survived by four cousins: Gary (wife Oleta) Hart of Kingwood, Texas; Bette Skipper of Kilgore, Texas; Sandy (husband Troy) Idom of Whitesboro, Texas; and Judy Hart of Las Vegas, New Mexico. She is also survived by her numerous friends and her beloved poodle "Charlie." Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, the 14th of January, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Interment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Rose Gardens.
