William Meyer Obituary
In death, he joins his father Louis P. Meyer, his mother Ella L. Meyer and his brother James E. Meyer. He is survived by his sister Mary G. Spray, his brother Louis P. Meyer, his three daughters, Sarah J. Peters, Stacy L. Niles and Stephanie W. Kreutz, their mother Kathleen D. Walters and his six beautiful grandchildren.
Bill was a Vietnam Veteran and proudly served his country for 20 years. He also served the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier for 20 years. He loved gardening, hunting, fishing, skydiving, cheering on the Broncos and spending time with family and friends. He was a hard working, loving father who spent his life joyously cheering on the family he had built. He was so proud of his three girls, that pride grew immensely with each grandchild he was given. He gave us all so much love and we will miss him with all our hearts. We take comfort in knowing that his love for us and our love for him is eternal.
The family has planned a viewing to be held on Thursday, January 2nd from 5-7 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home located at 1830 East Fountain Blvd. The burial will be Friday, January 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery located on 1005 South Hancock Ave.

I was shocked to learn of Bill's passing. We were great high school friends and reconnected at the Cornell High School reunion in 2010. His brother Jim, Bill and I were hunting friends and I was looking forward to our 2015 reunion. My deepest but late condolences.
