I used to be a family law attorney and used Greg many times for litigation appraisals. His work was always of the highest caliber. Whenever I hired him to critique someone else´s appraisal, he always had really insightful information as to why, specifically, he felt the other appraisal was not accurate. He was wonderful at testifying in court, and I don´t know that I ever had a judge who did not adopt Greg´s value. We became friendly overtime, and I knew he was having some health issues and was considering a move back to Colorado, but I had not heard about his death. I retired a number of years ago, and it was only when I tried contacting him for some personal work, that I learned abouthis death. Greg always went above and beyond, and although his work schedule was blindingly busy, somehow he always managed to find time to do a thorough and accurate appraisal with a really quick turnaround when I needed it. He was a wonderful person and I was so sorry two part of his death.

My deepest sympathy. I am the youngest Callahan Grandchild and Gregory was the oldest. We have a photo of all of us, think 52, from a reunion (oldest to youngest). I was, and still, in awe of my older cousins. My heartfelt condolences to all, Lisa

Greg was our (Chavez family) neighbor on Ron Court. His family was always very kind and caring. He and my older brother Buddy became close friends. My brother's death in 1969 was not only hard on my family but the Callahan family as well. My deepest condolences go out to Candy, Donna, Mary and all who loved him.
