Sandi passed away at home in Colorado Springs. Our Lord and Savior needed another Angel. Our family is devastated by this huge and unexpected loss. Sandi was born in Albuquerque and raised in Colorado Springs. Sandi graduated from Palmer High School. She was employed by Colorado Springs Utilities and School District 11 at Palmer High School, where she worked with Special Needs Children. Sandi loved them all and they brought her great joy. Sandi was an extremely kind, loving, and devoted mother, wife, daughter, and grandmother. She also had many special friends who loved her greatly! She adored her sons, Jason and Ryan Patsky, granddaughters, Izzy and Ella Patsky and was a very special aunt to Jordan and Dylan Gurule'. She had a special bond with everyone whose lives she had touched. Sandi was such a joy to be around-she loved to dance and laugh and act totally silly with her sons, granddaughters and nephew and niece. Sandi loved to watch sports, especially her Colorado Av's and Denver Broncos. She was selfless and courageous-always willing to help and wore her heart on her sleeve. She is survived by her husband, Mark; children, Jason and Ryan; mother and father, Rosalie and Jose; brother, Desi; niece, Jordan; nephew, Dylan; and grandchildren, Izzy, Ella, and Cody. She was one of a kind and will be greatly missed each, and every day. We will be having a Celebration of Life Event on Saturday, September 4th, 11:30 A.M. at the Embassy Suites Hotel; 7290 Commerce Center Drive in Colorado Springs. In lieu of flowers, we are asking that you bring a note with a funny or a fond memory about Sandi as we celebrate her beloved life.

Sandi, you left behind so many people that loved you! Me included! I´ll never ever forget how every single morning we would meet and have our coffee before work. You knew all about me and never judged! After I left Colorado we still stayed in contact and would plan our once a year get together when I´d come back to visit! We always picked right up wherever we left off! You were the Best FRIEND a person could ever ask for! Whenever I get really lonesome for you, I replay the voicemail you left me shortly before you left us! I hope I always told you enough how much you meant to me. I´ll miss you always, but I know heaven gained an angel! I love you my BFF

I am truly sad to here of you passing! I remember all of our talks when your son and my husband were deployed together. I remember you telling me to get up dance because our boys are home! You were so full of life and happiness! Thank you for being there for me with my little kids when I needed someone. Thank you for welcoming my family like we were one of your own. My heart breaks that you are not here but God called you home! I know you are watching over us! I love you
