Frank Arnold Obituary

Frank, 66, of Phoenix, was surrounded by loved ones as he passed on November 9, 2014. He was born December 17, 1947 to Frank and Betty Ann Arnold in Ashland, KS.

Rus was raised in Colorado Springs, CO, where he was a star athlete at Cheyenne Mountain High School, graduating in 1966. Rus joined the U.S Marine Corp in 1967 and was a proud Marine. After serving in the Vietnam war, he moved to Durango, CO where he was a bar owner and a wine and spirits rep until his move to Phoenix, AZ in 1985 and began a career with the AZ Lottery until his retirement.

Rus was a great storyteller, quick with a smile and laugh. He never met a stranger. Once your friend, always your friend. Rus enjoyed his long early morning walks and sunsets with his side kick and dog, Leroy.

Frank is survived by his wife Diann, son Charles, daughter Lindsay (Scott) Juenger, grandson Landon, sister Ann

(Bill) Pearce and many nieces and nephews.

Burial services will be June 13, 2015 at 10:30 at the Greenmount Cemetery in Durango, CO.

My heart. Remembering you is easy. Your humor, your laugh, your jokes, your love. I do it everyday, but there is an ache within my heart that will never go away. You are missed. You were loved. Your wife.

My heart. You are remembered every single moment of every single day and it's easy to remember your laugh, your humor, your jokes, your love, but there is an ache within my heart that will never go away. You are missed. You were loved. Your wife.

My heart. You are missed every single moment of every single day and night. Your energy, your humor, your jokes; mostly, your presence, your love. You are missed and you were truly loved. Your wife.
