The Inurnment will be held on March 3, 2023 at 11:00 am at Pikes Peak National Cemetery located at 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925.

Our condolences and the Lord be with Mr Phillips loved ones through this trying time. Mr Phillips was employed with the City of Colorado Springs and was always professional, respectful and fair man. He was approachable off or on the job and treated folks with kindness.
